I should note that the “goal weight” I listed on the ticker is based solely on a BMI of approximately 22 which would put me in the middle of the normal range. It might not be the perfect weight for me, or even a reasonable weight for me. As my body fat percentage goes down my weight may go up, and that’s OK.

Measurements taken by bioelectrical impedance analysis. It’s not known for being the most accurate measurement, but it’s all I have access to right now. At my next physical I will ask my doctor for a skinfold caliper measurement for comparison. My goal was to reach 22%. I reached this goal in July ’12.

This one’s tough! I’ve been working very hard on upper body strength but still haven’t managed even one. It’s one of my New Year’s Resolutions, so I’m going to keep trying.
